MEET OUR TATTOO ARTIST
Murat Işık is an award-winning creative director
who spent more than two decades leading
some of Turkey’s largest advertising agencies
as both creative director and agency president. Throughout those years, he continued to cultivate
his artistic practice, building a parallel career
in contemporary art.
His journey in the art world began with
the 4th Istanbul Biennial and expanded into
major international exhibitions.
Today, his works are part of important private
and public collections in Turkey and abroad.
In 2016, his first novel, Assorted Luxury Biscuits, was published by Doğan Kitap, marking another milestone in his multidisciplinary creative path.
After moving to Kaş in 2020, Murat Işık brought together his experience in advertising,
contemporary art, and storytelling into
a new medium: tattoo art.
Under the brand PINK, he creates distinctive, bold, and concept-driven works that merge artistic depth with personal narrative.
For him, tattooing is not just craft
— it is a continuation of art, identity, and expression.
